changes and choice of natural raw foods over others can be one of the main ways we can do this. If you have 3 bowel movements a week you are severely constipated but you do not have to go to that extreme but even if you are not having a daily motion every day, you are not cleansing your gut well. Ideally there should be at least two motions per day but even if not at least one. Stool that comes out every alternate day or is hard and dry also shows that you are running the risk to be constipated in long term.
You do not have to follow that trail but enjoy great health and activity if you relieve your pain naturally. Psyllium husk and other fibre meals can relieve constipation but let us face it that these may be habit forming if you don’t change your food consumption habits for the better.
This also means that you take long term approach to it. We all know that high fiber and raw food or whole foods give us the strength, vitality and fortification that are necessary. The more junk we consume the more empty calories come to us while we do not get the nutrition or fiber. Constipation gets you bloated, stores your toxins and overall makes you get clogged and full. One needs to have the colon cleansed through healthy habits to get our bodies functioning in a healthy way again.

Healthy bowel movement is a great sign of your internal vitality and this should not be ignored by any means. Exercise and releasing of stress are also important to have your gears up on bowel movement again.

Anything that takes us away from healthy bowel release is not a good sign at all. So it is firstly important to understand what gets you clogged up inside or dries your insides. Not having enough water and gorging on too much meat can always mean that you keep getting constipated inside.

Fiber rich foods and whole foods are going to be your comfort during this time. Important foods to mention are bananas, figs, apricots and any number of fruits and high fiber vegetables. Do not ever underestimate the importance of water as this really helps you clean your insides out and release toxins like nothing else on earth.
