There will always be n number of skin care products available in the market but unless we are healthy from inside and have stress free lifestyles we would never experience anything better.
Add to this even if we do use skin care products, they ought to be organic, as close to nature as possible and without any of the harmful chemicals and preservatives and artificial fragrance that are present in most regular as well as cheap products.When we are ready to change our lifestyle and diet from inside out we are going to experience sea changes in our skin texture. Of course we will experience detox reactions like pimples and changes in skin texture.
But all these would be temporary once we really tune into helping our skin feel better. Keeping off junk and processed food out of our diet then we will see that our skin stays younger and does not show the signs and stresses of ageing.
Coffee and aerated drinks, along with smoke and alcohol, dehydrate and damage our skin faster than anything else. So would, living in a polluted atmosphere. Natural skin care products are the most important aspects to take care of our skin externally but for internal house cleansing, we need healthy and fresh food that is unprocessed. About 80% of our diet should ideally include raw food in the wholesome state and we should never have fried oil.These aspects by themselves should be great headers in bringing great skin and looks. It will be easy to stay leaner and more energetic apart from having great skin. Fresh kitchen ingredients are some of the best items for our skin care regimen. For instance, fresh curd can be a great pack for dehydrated skin.This is a natural form of bleach along with fresh lemon juice. Overall this is a great pack in not only cleansing our skin but also nourishing it.
Then there are great things like fresh juices which will keep our skin fresh and hydrated for ages. We would not get wrinkles if we have a few glasses of fresh vegetable or fruit juice that are not laden with sugar. Fresh juice over coffee or black tea is always great for hydration and maintaining great looks. We also get to absorb a lot of water, minerals as well as vitamins in this form while they are tasty as well. Proper sleep and keeping a stress free life with lots of exercises are the best ways to keep our skin fresh and vibrant.
Massaging our face with coconut or jojoba oil is also a good way of nourishing and moisturizing our skin. Some people swear by raw dairy and butter in order to maintain healthy skin. Fresh and raw cream is also a great moisturizer for the skin. It is also good eaten but it must be raw and unpasteurized or totally fresh in order to bring health benefits. Factory farmed dairy is again loaded with chemicals and do not bring us any benefit.
