It will produce that stored fat whenever you consume fewer calories, and your body cells will release it to maintain your body perfect.

The fat deposit in your body depends on your lifestyle and consumption of nutrition. The storage place of fat will vary for Men and women. The main storage area for Men is around bellies and chest, for Women around hip, thighs, arms and buttocks.
