A new research has found houseflies carrying antibiotic-resistant staphylococci and enterococci bacteria which are typically present in severe poultry-farming litter.
Though the exact contribution of these flies to human disclosure, the findings recommends that drug-resistant organisms can be spread over large distance by the flies live in intensive production area.
Flies are already notorious for as a career of many viral and bacterial infections which affect human beings including cholera, salmonellosis, enteric fever, shigellosis and campylobacteriosis.
