Europe is taking an over all different route with Swine flu vaccine. Without any long queues about waiting for Swine Fly shots there are now no desperate calls.
People just flock in there and come in on their own will or via invitation only. Government health officials are not really pressing it onto people as a mandatory role.
For most of Europe there are vaccine protections that can come as a pandemic flu warning but only through invitation.
If somebody feels compelled enough to work with it then this can work out for people at large.
This is in fact much more reassuring than most of what America is experiencing.
