There are nearly 30 billion fat cells in a normal healthy adult body. Now days you are able to get plenty of foods whatever and whenever you like. So there is no need to store much fat in your body to survive. If you consume more calories, your body becomes a storage area of the extra calories and it stores those calories in the mode of fat. It will produce that stored fat whenever you consume fewer calories, and your body cells will release it to maintain your body perfect.

The fat deposit in your body depends on your lifestyle and consumption of nutrition. The storage place of fat will vary for Men and women. The main storage area for Men is around bellies and chest, for Women around hip, thighs, arms and buttocks.

Major Aspects of Fat Loss

Most of the people like to maintain their fat in correct level. To maintain the level, they rush to fitness center and do regular exercise to lose fat level. Once they lost their fat, they feel great and feel that they succeed. But this is a temporary solution for fat loss. Because after some times they feel that their body becomes a flat terrain. So they forced to break their control and their intake will increase. Again the fat cells start to grow. This is a cycle, every time you lose your fat it will happen. The fat cells become Obstinate Fat.

Answer to Obstinate Fat

Obstinate Fat increases only when the hormonal lanes get damaged. This is because, large amount of fat deposits in the body. Losing these kind of fats are not easy. If it is in initial stage you can manage with modern diet and workouts, commonly it will remain at least a final bit, what ever you do. Age is not at all a matter; the deposit of fat will increase and become stronger as you get older. By following some exercise and proper diet you can maintain the Obstinate fat under control.

Diet Control

It is impossible to reduce Obstinate Fat only by Diet. Because the main job of diet is calorie reduction, so only by calorie reduction you can not be able to control your obstinate fat, it needs some exercises and your style if living. Removing the Obstinate fat is not as easy as reducing calories by diet, because it depends upon how you move, how you eat and your lifestyle.

There will be many differences if we compare Men and Women in this fat matter. Normally Men are stronger than women, usually Men are 10 to 15% larger than women, and 20% more weigh, and 30% stronger (particularly upper body). Men can generate human Growth Hormone (HGH) in maximum level, so the oxygen level is more in men’s cell comparing to women’s cell. Normally for women there will be an extra storage of fat to feed their babies.
