I do prolotherapy for chronic low back pain, he injects the sacrum areas, especially left side. Things are not improving much, l also have aggressive OA, and neck stenosis! l am 74. I used to be a runner!, l have to go back every two weeks. Can you please suggest my next step! this is limiting my waling, and making things worse!.l do not want any kind of surgery!
